The pod minister is responsible for enlisting and supporting teaching and interactions that occur within their age range on Sunday mornings. They will be the staff contact for all servant leaders in their area, supporting and equipping them to better minister to kids and parents. This role is heavily focused on developing others so that they can minister to others rather than directly ministering to kids. We want to embody disciple-making and empowerment rather than isolating teaching and leadership to only church staff members. Parents and servant leaders should learn to see themselves as their child’s primary spiritual leader and be trained and equipped to do so through this ministry.

3-5 years of relevant work/volunteer experience in either a large church’s Children’s
Ministry, school, or other like-minded organizations.
Skills:

§ Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use various media programs.
§ Steady, positive attitude especially during unexpected, last-minute changes.
