Stonegate Fellowship (Midland, Tx) – 4th & 5th Grade Minister

	Major Contributing Activities: § Recruit, interview, train, and develop servant leaders to minister to 4th–5th grade children and their parents. § Schedule people to serve in classroom, large group, and other positions to execute Sunday programming. § Develop and maintain relationships with servant leaders through periodic phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactions. § Maintain or create a shepherd team and execute regular meetings designed to evaluate programming and to help shepherd the other servant leaders who serve in the ministry area. § Work and collaborate with the curriculum team members to contextualize and implement age-appropriate small group curriculum and engaging large group environments. § Facilitate community involvement in the local school system, in line with the Stonegate ministry vision, to engage servant leaders and parents in ministry outside of Sunday activities. § Maintain consistent communication with the SGKIDS Team by attending all necessary staff meetings and being a team player in ministry-specific or church-wide events. § Assist the SGKIDS Team in developing events, programming, and outreach within the constraints of the budget.

	College degree 3-5 years of relevant work/volunteer experience in either a large church’s Children’s Ministry, school, or other like-minded organizations. Skills: § Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. § Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use various media programs. § Steady, positive attitude especially during unexpected, last-minute changes. § People-oriented, team player who works well with others. § Setting and meeting deadlines. § Ability to work with, equip, and manage people.
